You choose monthly or annual billing. Annual plans are paid upfront and include two months free. Your platform fee covers hosting, maintenance, backups, updates, and fair-use email support. Setup, support bundles, and custom work are priced separately so there are no surprises.

Implementation is quoted per business based on complexity — the number of modules, data migration scope, document customisation, and team size. Foundation rollouts usually start from the lower setup band, Growth implementations sit in the mid band, and Tailored projects start higher. We'll scope it clearly before any work begins.

Because BX1X is not priced as a self-serve login only. Many lower-cost tools expect you to handle setup, migration, training, support, and workflow changes yourself or through separate service providers. BX1X includes platform maintenance from day one and gives you clear options for onboarding, support, and custom development.

Every plan includes hosting, maintenance, software updates, bug fixes, and fair-use email support. Hands-on support such as training, workflow guidance, user assistance, data help, and change requests can be bought ad hoc or through a visible monthly support package.

Because these are managed websites connected to your BX1X workflow, not just a template site on a low monthly package. The pricing includes hosting, maintenance, ongoing edits within reason, and integration with bookings, CRM, portals, or patient-facing flows. Bigger copy, branding, SEO, and custom feature work are still scoped separately.

Yes. For Growth and Tailored clients we can sometimes spread part of the onboarding cost over a fixed term where the scope is clear. We do not hide custom work inside a cheap month-to-month fee.

Yes. You can upgrade at any time as your business grows. We'll help you transition smoothly without disrupting your operations.

Additional users can be added at any time. Foundation includes 1 user, Growth includes 3. Extra users are added at a per-user rate — visible on the plan cards above.

No. BX1X is configured for your business by our team. We handle setup, data migration, document templates, and training. You get a system that works for your operations from day one — not a generic tool you have to figure out alone.

The Medical add-on is available on any plan. It's priced per practitioner and adds clinical features on top of your existing business modules. Medical onboarding is scoped separately because practice workflows and data handling usually need more guidance.

Yes. Your data belongs to you. You can export it at any time in standard formats. We never share, sell, or use your data for anything other than running your system.

Yes. There are no long-term lock-in contracts. If you decide to leave, we'll help you export your data and ensure a clean transition.
