Will an update break what my team is doing?
Updates are checked first and prepared alongside the version you are using, so your team keeps working. If the new version fails its health check, the last working version simply keeps running.
Where can BX1X run?
In the everyday cloud, on a private server that runs only your business, or on a server at your premises. We look after the setup and updates in each, and moving between them later is a planned move we do with you.
Can I control what each person in my team sees?
Yes. You set up roles that decide who can see and do what, down to individual actions. A receptionist can see the diary without seeing your finances.
Does BX1X have two-step sign-in?
Yes. Staff can sign in with a second step, an administrator can end any session at any time, and repeated failed sign-in attempts are slowed down.
Can I see who changed something?
Yes. Important actions are written to an activity trail with who did what and when. Sensitive details are hidden from the log automatically.
