Can BX1X turn tracked time into an invoice?
Yes. Billable time becomes a draft invoice for the client, grouped by project or listed entry by entry, or it can be added to an invoice you have already started. You check the draft before it goes out.
How does BX1X know which hourly rate to charge?
BX1X automatically picks the right rate for the person, project and client, so you don't have to work it out by hand.
Can managers approve timesheets?
Yes. A week moves from open to submitted to approved, and approved weeks are locked. Only people with permission to approve can approve, and rejected weeks go back for changes.
What if someone forgets to start the timer?
They can add the time by hand. Timers also belong to the person rather than the device, so a timer started on one device can be stopped on another.
Can I report on time by client or project?
Yes. Report on time by project, person, client or task, by day, week or month, and export the results to CSV.
