How appointments get booked.

Consultants, therapists, coaches, salons and advisors all sell the same thing: a person's time. BX1X books it by the slot.

  1. Choose the serviceEach appointment type has its own length, like a 30-minute follow-up or a 90-minute first session.
  2. Choose the person, or anyoneClients pick a practitioner, or choose anyone and see the times any of them is free.
  3. Breathing room built inTime before and after each appointment for notes or a reset, so nobody's day runs back to back.
  4. Repeat sessionsBook a repeating series for ongoing clients instead of one appointment at a time.
  5. The session becomes an invoiceOne step turns the appointment into an invoice on the client’s record.

Questions owners ask

Can clients book appointments online?

Yes. Add the BX1X booking page to your website or share a link. Clients choose a service, a person or anyone available, and an open time.

Can each consultant set their own working hours?

Yes. Each person has their own weekly hours, and days off or training days can be blocked. Clients only see times that are really open.

Can I leave time between appointments?

Yes. Set breathing room before and after appointments, and BX1X keeps it free when offering times.

Can I book repeat sessions for ongoing clients?

Yes. Book a repeating series instead of one appointment at a time.

Does BX1X send appointment reminders?

Yes. Switch on booking reminders in your settings whenever you're ready. They go by email, and SMS or WhatsApp reminders can be added once those are connected during setup.

Does it sync with Google Calendar or Outlook?

Each confirmation email includes a calendar file your client can add to Google, Outlook or Apple Calendar. Your booking calendar lives in BX1X, next to your clients and invoices, so there's nothing to keep in sync.
